• Our entire team is committed to completing COVID 19 Training and adopting health and safety protocols so that they can confidently fulfill their roles.
HYGIENE
• Boats are disinfected after each transfer or excursion
• COVID-19 stands in all public spaces equipped with masks, disinfectant and rules in force
• The whole team only works with protective equipment (gloves, masks and uniforms)
• Nebulization of common areas and their constant ventilation
• We digitized the menus by giving up the physical format and implementing QR codes.
TESTING
• We offer free testing for our guests
• All team members are tested regularly
SOCIAL DISTANCE
• We carry out epidemiological triage at the port of Murighiol
• We have supplemented the transfer routes to avoid congestion in common areas (boats / reception)
• Individual accommodation units available (tree houses, bungalows, Garden Houses)
• We have increased the breakfast time
• Extension of check-out time to avoid crowding the reception and common areas
